PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal this rule identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Elimination of Rule 61D-7.017, F.A.C., identified during the comprehensive rule review as no longer necessary.
