	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 28, 2012, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m

Individuals wishing to speak at this meeting must call the Agency no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2012 and obtain a non-muted call-in line.

Subject:	The Agency will hear public comment concerning the laboratory kickback requirements and amendments to section 483.245, Florida Statutes that become effective July 1, 2012.
