33-401.105

Refusal of Health Care Services

PURPOSE:

The definition of "provider" is amended to include psychologists among the list of clinicians authorized to sign Form DC4-711A, Refusal of Health Care Services, before the form is entered into the inmate's medical record.

SUMMARY:

The rule is amended to add psychologists to the list of clinicians who are authorized to sign Form DC4-711A, Refusal of Health Care Services.
