Examination Fees for Embalmers and Funeral Directors; Manner of Application

PURPOSE:

This proposed rule specifies procedures and summarizes the requirements for application and licensure as a funeral director or as an embalmer. The provisions amending this rule were approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services on 12-2-2010.
