	The Department of Elder Affairs announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 18, 2012, 10:00am-4:00pm

PLACE:	Florida Department of Elder Affairs 4040 Esplanade Way Conference Room 225 Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	The purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed capitation rates for the Nursing Home Diversion program for the 2012-2013 contract year as well as the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program. The capitation rates for the Nursing Home Diversion program will be discussed first, immediately followed by discussion of the proposed PACE capitation rates.
