RULE:

6D-1.002	Appointment and Jurisdiction (Repealed)
6D-1.011	Travel and Per Diem for Board of Trustees (Repealed)
6D-1.012	Forms and Standard Instructions (Repealed)
6D-1.013	Naming Facilities (Repealed)
6D-1.014	School Advisory Council (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during a comprehensive rule review as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Elimination of Rules 6D-1.002, 1.011, 1.012, 1.013, and 1.014, F.A.C., identified during the comprehensive rule review as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary. The sections proposed for repeal are either advisory in nature, repeat statutory provisions, duplicate requirements found in other rules of the agency, or are based on statutory authority that no longer exists.
