Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to modify the language to lower the costs on licensees who are found in violation of applicable statutes, to provide the Department with more discretion when determining aggravating and mitigating circumstances, and to remove statutory references that are not applicable.

SUBJECT:
