Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 17, 2012, at 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Room 148, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider those matters ready for decision. LEGAL AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION: Chapters 120, 350, 364, 366, and 367, F.S. Persons who may be affected by Commission action on certain items on the conference agenda may be allowed to address the Commission, either informally or by oral argument, when those items are taken up for discussion at the conference, pursuant to Rules 25 22.0021 and 25 22.0022, F.A.C. The agenda, recommendations, vote sheet, transcript, and minutes may be obtained from the Commission’s Web site www.floridapsc.com, or by contacting the Florida Public Service Commission, Office of Commission Clerk, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399 0850 or (850) 413-6770. Persons deciding to appeal any decisions made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this conference will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which appeal is based.
