PURPOSE:

The Board reviewed the rules as required by Executive Order 11-01 and proposes to repeal the rules as they are not statutorily mandated and are duplicative of Section 477.0132, F.S.

SUMMARY:

As required by Executive Order 11-01, the rules were reviewed and are being repealed as they are not statutorily mandated and are duplicative of Section 477.0132, F.S.
