RULE:

69J-7.004	Participating Contractors - Application and Participation Agreement (Repealed)
69J-7.005	My Safe Florida Home Program, Forms For Use Regarding Grants (Repealed)
69J-7.007	Grants-Medical Condition Exception (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

These rules are being repealed since the Legislature stopped funding the My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) Program in 2009 and the Department stopped providing MSFH inspections and grants on June 30, 2009 due to the lack of funds.

SUMMARY:

The rules are repealed.
