Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicles, Temporary Commercial Kitchens and Theme Park Food Carts

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to exempt self-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicles from the requirements to operate from a commissary, report to a commissary, and notify the division of the commissary used.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule exempts self-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicles from the commissary requirement and specifies that mobile food dispensing vehicles may not conduct public food service related activities in a private residence.
