	The THE FLORIDA BUILDING COMMISSION, “the COMMISSION”, ACCESSIBILITY TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To discuss and provide recommendation related to a petition for declaratory statement filed with the Florida Building Commission, specifically DS 2012-051 by Larry M. Schneider, AIA and to conduct other business as necessary. Please note that the Petitioner has been informed of particular conditions that must be fulfilled prior to consideration by the Committee or the matter shall proceed directly to the Building Commission without a Committee recommendation.
