Civil Penalties and Fines

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendment will reduce the daily penalty for delinquent forms, reports and documents imposed by Rule 69L-5.217(1)(a)4., F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will reduce the amount of the penalty imposed by Rule 69L-5.217(1)(a)4., F.A.C., for delinquent forms, reports and documents from $200 per day to $100 per day.
