PURPOSE:

The purpose of these amendments is to reflect changes made to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Specifically, they replace references to the Florida Administrative Weekly with the Florida Administrative Register. They also reflect when material is to be submitted for publication in the newly created Florida Administrative Register.

SUBJECT:

The replacement of the Florida Administrative Weekly with the Florida Administrative Register and the frequency of publication of the Florida Administrative Register, as well as time-limits for submitting material for publication in the Florida Administrative Register.
