	The The Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation has initiated the Polk Rail Study to identify the best solutions for regional freight movement through Polk County while minimizing community and environmental impacts. These Freight and Stakeholders Taskforce and Mayors Council meetings are an initial step in the process of seeking input from interested stakeholders.
