Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Assessment and Restoration Support, announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 6, 2012, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Room 609, Tallahassee, Florida. The meeting can also be accessed via GoToWebinar at: https://www2.gotowebinar.com/register/400238002. Parties can register to attend the webinar via their personal computers and will be able to listen using their speakers connected to their computer.

Subject:	This meeting is a follow-up to meetings held on October 18-20, 2011 for the purpose of updating the Quality Assurance rule (Chapter 62-160, F.A.C.). Proposed revisions address routine updates and enhancements to the Quality Assurance rule, the DEP field and laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (DEP SOPs), and other documents incorporated by reference into the rule. The revisions generally provide for clarification and increased flexibility, and address miscellaneous minor revisions suggested by stakeholders.
