Licensure Application Procedures

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking action specifies how a license applicant proves that they meet the education requirements for licensure.  The provisions being added to existing rule 1.005 in this rulemaking were approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services at its monthly meeting on 12-2-2010

SUBJECT:

Proof of satisfying education requirements for licensure under chpater 497, Fla Statutes.
