PURPOSE:

The amendments brings these rules into compliance with new statutory changes.

SUMMARY:

Rule 24.001 deletes subsection (aa). Rule 24.002, (2)(a), strikes the first part of the violation “a nonresident failed to file irrevocable consent form”.
