Guidelines for Disposition of Disciplinary Cases

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to make the rule consistent with Sections 456.072(2)(d) and 456.072(1)(ll), F.S.

The guidelines will be updated to make the rule consistent with Section 456.072, F.S.
