	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Prehearing- Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. (E.S.T.)

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	Docket No. 090538-TP- Amended Complaint of Qwest Communications Company, LLC against MCImetro Access Transmission Services (d/b/a Verizon Access Transmission Services); XO Communications Services, Inc.; tw telecom of florida, l.p.; Granite Telecommunications, LLC; Broadwing Communications, LLC; Access Point, Inc.; Birch Communications, Inc.; Budget Prepay, Inc.; Bullseye Telecom, Inc.; DeltaCom, Inc.; Ernest Communications, Inc.; Flatel, Inc.; Navigator Telecommunications, LLC; PaeTec Communications, Inc.; STS Telecom, LLC; US LEC of Florida, LLC; Windstream Nuvox, Inc.; and John Does 1 through 50, for unlawful discrimination. The purpose of this prehearing conference is to: (1) simplify the issues; (2) identify the positions of the parties on the issues; (3) consider the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) identify exhibits; (5) establish an order of witnesses; and (6) consider such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action. HEARING: Tuesday-Thursday, October 23-25, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. (E.S.T.) The hearing may be adjourned if all testimony is concluded. GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING: The purpose of the meeting is to permit parties to present testimony and exhibits relative to the Second Amended Complaint Qwest Communications Company, LLC against MCImetro Access Transmission Services (d/b/a Verizon Access Transmission Services); tw telecom of florida, l.p.; Granite Telecommunications, LLC; Broadwing Communications, LLC; Budget Prepay, Inc.; Bullseye Telecom, Inc.; DeltaCom, Inc.; Ernest Communications, Inc.; Flatel, Inc.; Navigator Telecommunications, LLC; PaeTec Communications, Inc.; Saturn Telecommunications Services, Inc. d/b/a Earthlink Business US LEC of Florida, LLC; Windstream Nuvox, Inc.; for unlawful discrimination and for such other purposes as the Commission may deem appropriate. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony on the issues identified by the parties at the prehearing conference held on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. (E.S.T.)
