	The Agency for Health Care Administration announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, October 03, 2012 10:00 AM-12:00 PM

Subject:	This meeting will be a teleconference (conference call) to which all interested parties are invited. The purpose of this call/meeting is to provide a Data Submission Orientation for new contacts and/or existing contacts that submit data files for the Agency’s Inpatient and Ambulatory Data collection programs. It is expected that participants in the teleconference will discuss questions regarding data submission of patient data and gain better understanding of submission requirements.
