	The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 4, 2012, 1:00 P.M. to conclusion.

PLACE:	Room 401, Senate Office Building (entry via The Capitol) S. Monroe Street Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider a Workers’ Compensation filing made by the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc., by which the Council requests an overall average increase in rate levels of 6.1% for the voluntary market for all new and renewal Workers’ Compensation Insurance policies written in the State of Florida, effective January 1, 2013.
