Overview



	The Education Practices Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	A Teacher Hearing Panel will begin at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as can be heard on September 27, 2012. A Teacher Hearing Panel will begin at 1:30 PM or as soon thereafter as can be heard on September 27, 2012. An Administrator Hearing Panel will begin at 8:30 AM or as soon thereafter as can be heard on September 28, 2012. A Business Meeting will begin at 9:30 AM or as soon thereafter as can be heard on September 28, 2012.

Subject:	The Hearing Panel of the Education Practices Commission will consider final agency action in matters dealing with the disciplining of certified educators.
