PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments will repeal Rule Chapter 14-94, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Section 163.3180(10), F.S., which required the Department to adopt rules for the lowest acceptable level of service standards for transportation facilities, was repealed. Local governments will consult with the Department as required by 163.3180(5)(h)1., F.S.
