PURPOSE:

To repeal Chapter 40E-30, F.A.C., because, the rules are unnecessary or incorporated into Chapter 40E-3, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

To repeal rule Chapter 40E-30, F.A.C., as it is either unnecessary or duplicative of the rule amendments in Chapter 40E-3, F.A.C., which went into effect on September 26, 2012, pertaining to general permits for water wells, general permits for construction, repair, or abandonment of wells, and general permits for agricultural wells within a specified area of southern Miami-Dade County that are 25 feet or less in depth.
