Educational Requirements (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule repeal in that there is no longer statutory authority for the rule based upon changes to Section 481.209, F.S., effective July 1, 2012.

SUMMARY:

Based on changes to Section 481.209, F.S., effective July 1, 2012, the rule will be repealed.
