Elevator Fees; Permits; Certificates of Operation; Delinquency Fee; Transfer of Ownership; Certificate Replacement; Accident Reporting

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to adopt the forms for permits and certificates of operation; update permit, licensure, registration and renewal requirements; and provide a plain language update.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development will address the permit and certificate of operation application process, fees, and change of ownership.
