Continuing Education Programs Not Requiring Pre-Approval from the Board

PURPOSE:

he Board proposes the rule amendment to remove language that provided the HIV/AIDS education course did not require pre-approval from the Board.

SUMMARY:

HIV/AIDS education course will now required pre-approval from the Board.
