PURPOSE:

Amending the rules of the Division of Retirement to correspond with statutory changes up through the 2012 Legislative session, update statutory and rule references with rule, and incorporate by reference five division forms, and makes gender specific changes throughout rule.

Application for IFAS supplemental retirement benefit, forfeiture provisions, optional supplemental benefits, IFAS Contributions,  designation of beneficiary, reemployment of participants receiving supplemental benefits, cost-of -living adjustments; deductions from monthly benefits
