PURPOSE:

To amend the rules of the Division of Retirement to correspond with statutory changes up through the 2012 Legislative session,, to remove duplicative sentence from rule, expound upon power of attorney agent designation procedure to enhance clarity of rule, to make one technical correction to rule, and to incorporate by reference two revised division forms and one revised State Board of Administration form.
