RULE:

41-2.007	Reporting Requirements
41-2.013	Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes the amendment to Rule 41-2.007 to delete unnecessary language and to add new language to clarify how the financial management documents can be obtained. The Commission proposes the amendment to Rule 41-2.013 to delete language regarding establishment of a reserve and emergency fund because of legislative appropriations.

SUBJECT:

How the financial management documents can be obtained from the Commission; the reserve and emergency fund.
