Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To amend the disciplinary guidelines for imposing penalties on public food service establishments and public lodging establishments in administrative actions.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule defines violation categories, provides penalty ranges for violation categories and individually identified violations, strikes unnecessary language for violation assessment and penalty determinations, strikes and further defines certain aggravating and mitigating factors.
