RULE:

73A-2.001	Major League Baseball for Spring Training Baseball Franchise Certifications
73A-2.002	Decertification and Decertification Review for Spring Training Baseball Facilities (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking updates the application and certification processes for certification of spring training facilities and adopts such processes applicable to professional sports franchise facilities. The rule also provides a process for decertification of certified spring training facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule conforms the application and certification processes for certification of spring training facilities to statute and adopts such processes applicable to professional sports franchise facilities. The rule also provides a process for decertification of certified spring training facilities.
