PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to modify the Biennial Renewal Fee requirements;The Board proposes the rule amendment to modify the fee requirements for the Application Fee; The Board proposes the rule amendment to modify the fee requirements for the Initial Biennial License Fee.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendments will reduce the Biennial Renewal Fee; the Initial Biennial License Fee, and the Application Fee.
