Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Procedure Codes (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.082 is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Billing Code Matrix, January 1, 2008. The purpose and effect will be to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Billing Code Matrix, January 1, 2008.

SUBJECT:

Developmental Disabilities Waiver Services Procedure Codes. An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact to 
Rule 59G-13.082 under sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
