	The Compensation Subcommittee of the Investment Advisory Council (IAC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Organizational meeting of the Compensation Subcommittee of the IAC. The IAC is guiding and overseeing a compensation study to ensure interests are aligned and human capital risk issues prudently are addressed.
