PURPOSE:

Amending the rules of the Division of Retirement to correspond with statutory changes up through the 2012 Legislative session.

SUMMARY:

Amends this rule to be a listing of all forms incorporated by reference in rule chapter 60W, F.A.C., as opposed to the rule where all forms were previously incorporated by reference and updates information on how to obtain these forms.
