PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is the repeal of Rule Chapter 69I-52, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

This rule chapter repeal is part of the comprehensive review of existing rules. The rule chapter implemented Section 768.73(5), F.S.  This subsection was repealed by 97-94, Section 16, Laws of Florida fifteen years ago.  This rule chapter is no longer necessary or justified.
