RULE:

61A-3.0305

Pool Buying Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules amendment is to repeal a rule that is  duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The elimination of Rule 61A-3.0305, F.A.C., the substance of which was placed into Rule 61A-4.0501, Florida Administrative Code; therefore is now duplicative.
