PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is a complete repeal of chapter 65H-2, Florida Administrative Code.  The repeal is requried because chapter 2012-147, section 13, Laws of Florida, repealed the Department of Children & Families' rulemaking authority for this chapter.

SUMMARY:

The statutory authority for the rule has been repealed.
