	The Board of Governors of the State University System of Florida and the Facilities Committee, the Audit and Compliance Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee, the Budget and Finance Committee, and the Trustee Nominating and Development Committee of the Board of Governors announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, January 16, 2013, 1:00 p.m. and Thursday, January 17, 2013, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	University of Florida, Emerson Alumni Hall, 1938 West University Avenue, Gainesville Florida

Subject:	To conduct the regular business of the Board of Governors and its Committees.
