Overview



	The Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 31, 2013, 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Osceola County Health Department, 1875 Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744

Subject:	A potential agreement between the Florida Department of Health and the Reedy Creek Improvement District to pilot test an assignment, to the District, the Department’s responsibilities and functions for: (i) the inspection of public swimming pools and bathing places; (ii) of issuance of all related permits as provided for in Chapter 514, Florida Statutes; and (iii) enforcement of ch 64E-9, Florida Administrative Code and all related program directives and standards. Such an assignment would be limited to the geographical boundaries of the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
