	The Department of Education announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 31, 2013, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; February 1, 2013, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Miami Dade County Public School Board Confernce Room, Confernce Room 726 1450 NE 2nd Ave. Miami, FL

Subject:	The purpose of this annual meeting of the Commissioner’s Task Force on African-American History will be to discuss the topics of reviewing the Task Force’s mission, the Task Force award and desired outcomes, updating the bylaws, roles and responsibilities, and aligning goals and objectives to project deliverables.
