Overview



	The DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, Florida Building Commission, The Florida Building Commission, “the Commission”, and the Building Code Uniform Implementation Evaluation Workgroup announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Plenary session to begin February 4, 2013, 10:00 a.m. and February 5, 2013, 8:30 a.m. until completion. If the Commission completes its agenda on February 4, 2013, no meeting will be held on February 5, 2013.

PLACE:	TradeWinds, 5500 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706.

Subject:	The purpose of the meeting is to review and make recommendations on Accessibility Waiver Applications, to review and make recommendations on requests for Declaratory Statements, to review proposed code modifications for the next edition of the Florida Building Code and other business by the Commission.
