Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Water Resource Management, announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 27, 2013, 10:00 a.m. (EST)

PLACE:	This workshop will be broadcast via webinar. Parties can register to attend the webinar via their personal computers with audio by telephone (regular long distance telephone charges will apply) or by speakers connected to their computer (no telephone charges will apply). Alternatively, persons may view the webinar at the following location where staff will be present to accept comments: Department of Environmental Protection, Bob Martinez Bldg., Room 609, 2600 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Subject:	Final workshop to consider amendments to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., the statewide “Environmental Resource Permitting” rules, including Applicant’s Handbook Volumes I and II. This workshop is in conjunction with a workshop to consider revisions to the “Operating Agreement Concerning Regulation Under Part IV, Chapter 373, F.S., Between Northwest Florida Water Management District and Department of Environmental Protection,” and its incorporation into Rule 62-113.100, F.A.C., where other similar agreements are incorporated. The agreement is currently incorporated under Chapter 62-346, F.A.C., but that chapter may be repealed following the Department’s Statewide Environmental Resource Permitting rulemaking.
