Overview



	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	4050 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL 32399, Conference Room #101.

Subject:	In accordance with section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a Pre-Bid Vendor Conference is hereby noticed for the following ITN (Number: 09-405-215-U) for Capacity Management and Acquisition of Natural Gas Supply. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Weekly (FAW).
