Statement of Agency Organization and Operation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment requires an agency to post and maintain a current statement of agency organization and operation on the agency’s website pursuant to a statutory requirement.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment is to comply with the statutory requirement with regard to posting an agency’s statement of agency organization and operation on its website.
