RULE:

68D-24.018

St. Johns River Boating Restricted Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule amendment is to correct the geographic description and map for the Mullet Lake Park flood zone.

SUMMARY:

The rule, as adopted on February 4, 1998, contained an error in the geographic description and rule map for the Mullet Lake Park flood zone showing the waterway running north/south instead of east/west. This rule amendment will correct the direction referenced for the western boundary of the zone and correct the rule map.
