PURPOSE:

The rule chapter establishes requirements for the provision of transition services for youth who have been residentially committed to the Department.

SUMMARY:

The rule chapter provides common definitions, and details the responsibilities of Juvenile Probation Officers, the residential commitment program, and the community re-entry team in providing for the youth's transition from residential commitment to supervision in the community.
