Standards for Protocols (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to update the rule so that it is consistent with the Board of Nursing’s rule regarding ARNP protocols.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment requires the ARNP protocol to be filed with the Department within 30 days of the renewal of the ARNP’s license.
